Blown 427 Chevy 4x4 Ford pickup! Craig Wegener of Harker Heights is building a 96 Ford pickup with a supercharged big block chevy & GM drivetrain. It has a currie 9"rear end, huge tires (its tall enough to need a ladder to get into)Highlights include a custom fuel cell, shiny hardware poking out of the hood, rockram steering, electric exhaust dumps, lots o power & the ability to leap small cars in a single bound!Coming to streets near you!
Jared Bouchie of Killeen, and a four year employee of TCS is building an awesome 81 street camaro. Features includea forged 355ciSBC, CNC ported aluminum heads, electromotive EFI, 1000cfm throttle body, 32lb injectors, the list goes on...So, if you are in traffic and there is a white camaro next to you doing a burnout, its probably Jared (he hates tires!)
Matt Fitzgerald of Killeen, also a TCS employee, is taking the Buick to Pinks All Out with us! He's packing SBC power, N20, & a heavy (and huge) foot. Other mods are a custom roll cage, 3500 stall converter, TCI Turbo 350, 4.10gears & a locker, interior delete, dash delete, and just about everything else delete that doesn't make it go faster! He did however keep the electric windows because crank windows just aren't cool. Oh and don't call it a cutlass!
Will Craik,our main man at the Temple shop, is slowly building up the 'Flaming Chicken' 3rd generation Pontiac Firebird! The10 or 12 point roll cage is near completion, and plans are for twin T3T4turbos & a blow through carb. Hopefully it won't take as long as Neil's truck did. Hang in there Will, the force be with you!
Chris Pace and the thundersled 63 Tbird packs a 428SCJ engine with nitrous, 10-1 compression, ported heads, roller cam, C6 trans w/ a trans brake, Gear Vendors overdrive,9" rear beefed with Moser goods, air ride suspension, TCS roll bar, custom seats & interior and the list goes on...This ride is long,low, & fast!Coming soon to streets & tracks near you! Jared Maglione's 96 Mustang 4.6 dohc ride is nearing completion. This rocket packs forged internals, a F1 procharger, custom charge tubing, Sniper tuning by TCS, rollcage, a dozen or
so gauges, scatter shield, HD clutch & trans, Procharger's race blow off valve, etc...While we did not build the majority of the car, he brought it to us for the finishing touches. Once done, this car will be hard to beat!
James Culpepper's 72 VW camper (James is the drummer for the popular band Flyleaf). This VW is powered by a Japan spec Toyota! This cross breed Euro-Asian has a VW trans, but a 2.0, 5 valve per cylinder, 4 cylinder Toyota engine! features include: individual throttle bodies, Kennedy adapter & clutch, TCS custom aluminum fuel tank, Jeep Cherokee radiator, EFI, and a fully functional coolant temperature gauge in a VW!! Neil drove it and says it got a second gear scratch...possibly the first time in it's life! runs great, Peace!Love!
